Obituary for Cassmeda (Campora) Mariani
Cassmeda C. Mariani passed away on Friday, December 23, 2016 with her daughters by her side. A devoted mother and wife, she enjoyed caring for her family and grandchildren. Educated at American International College, she acquired keen business and organization skills and did the bookkeeping for the family business of Joseph Mariani and Sons for many years. She was predeceased by her husband Raymond D. Mariani and infant daughter Mary Gala. Also passing before her were her parents Ericole and Adelina Campora, her brothers Telio and Mario Campora, and sister Mary Panek. She leaves her daughters, Gala-Ann McInerny and her husband Richard, and Mary-Beth Will and her husband Gary. She will be greatly missed by her sister Theresa Marsili and many nieces and nephews, including her beloved niece Cynthia Campora, who provided her with love and strength in recent days. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Caitlin-Ann Clemons and her husband Nicholas, Jacob Raymond McInerny, Haley Ann Sprague and her husband Michael, and Alex Raymond Will. Her legacy continues with her great grandchildren Olivia Grace and Natalie Hope Clemons and Bianca Emilia Sprague. She was a devoted communicant of St. Mary of the Assumption Church and St. Elizabeth Parish and In lieu of flowers, please say a prayer and show kindness to another. Funeral services and burial will be held privately with family and close friends on Friday, December 30th.
