Obituary for Glenn H. Moore
Glenn H. Moore, 84, of Ludlow, passed away at home on November 17, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Springfield, he lived in Ludlow for many years and was a U.S. Army Veteran proudly serving his country during the Korean Conflict. He retired in 1993 as a Director for the Mass Mutual Insurance Company and was also an avid bowler. Glenn was predeceased by his beloved wife Joan (Ducharme) Moore in 1998. He is survived by his loving children; Kenneth Moore and wife Sheila, of Roanoke Va., Jay Mahala and wife Doreen, of Springfield, and Karen Jorge and husband Carlos, of Wilbraham; 6 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 12:00pm at the Ludlow Funeral Home with burial to follow in Hillcrest Park Cemetery. Visiting hours will be prior to the services from 10-12 AM. Donations in his memory may be made to The Greyhound Rescue of New England, Inc. PO Box 507 Mendon, Ma. 01756.
