Steven Homans Jr. 46, was called home on Saturday August 18, 2018 @ 11:11 am surrounded by his loving family , and the love of his life , his Wife Julie Anne ( Spencer) Homans . Born in Ware to the late Steven Homans Sr , and Shirley (Perron) Homans of Ludlow . Steven was a 1989 Graduate of Ludlow High . Steven later went on to serve our country in the United States Navy aboard the USS Kearsarge, in VA .
Steven was diagnosed with an aggressive form of multiple sclerosis in 1996 and vasculitis and 2014 . Steven was The Biggest Red Sox Fan , Bruins Fan , and Miami Dolphins fan that ever lived . He never missed a game ! But the joy he had by spending time with his family surpassed his love of the game. Steven leaves behind his Loving Mother Shirley May ( Perron) Homans , His Beloved Wife Julie Anne Homans , His Sweet Beautiful Baby Girl Keirsten Alun , step daughters Emma and Husband Joshua Fish of Belchertown , and Gianna Fay of Westfield . Sisters Susan Roche , Sandy and husband Kyle Howard of Ludlow . Niece's Alacia and Husband Vinny Hanke, Alexandria Roche , Kylie &Sydney Howard , Nephews Tyler Coviello & Wife Meghan , and Christian Roche , and Two Great Niece's Miss Ella & Miss Phoebe . Visiting hours for Steven will be held on Wednesday evening at the Ludlow Funeral Home from 4:00-6:30pm followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 6:30. Donations can be made in Stevens name to the MS foundation , or the Westfield Homeless Cat Project.
