Obituary for Andre Vadnais
Andre Vadnais, 67, of Ludlow, passed away unexpectedly at home on April 1, 2022. Born in Springfield, son of Dorothy (Linnehan) and the late Alfred Vadnais, he moved to Ludlow in 1987 where he was a devoted communicant of St. Elizabeth Parish and immensely enjoyed his career as their facilities and maintenance manager . In his spare time, Andre loved landscaping and working in the yard, collecting antiques, listening to all kinds of music, riding his motorcycle, and will be affectionately remembered for his favorite black truck; Perhaps his greatest joy in life, was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, for whom he always provided the family entertainment
Andre was the beloved husband of 36 years to Pamela (Morse) Vadnais; a loving father to Samuel Vadnais and wife Chelsey, and Chad Sullivan and wife Molly; a devoted and proud grandfather to Dustin, Sierra, Anthony, Adam, Chase, Seth Patrick, and Jack; a dear brother to Ernie, Norman, John, Rene, Ronnie, Patrick, and the late Laurent Vadnais; and also leaves his father-in-law Irving Morse; brother in law Irving Morse, Jr.; many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends
Walk through visitation for Andre will be held on Thursday morning April 7th from 9:30-11:00 in Ludlow Funeral Home. Family and friends are then asked to gather directly at St. Elizabeth Parish for a Liturgy of a Christian Burial beginning at 12:00pm. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
