Obituary for Ann (Kos) Kras
Ann (Kos) Kras, 98, passed away peacefully on Friday August 23, 2019 at Chicopee Gardens Nursing Home. Born in Palmer she was the daughter of the late Walter and Margaret (Novak) Kras. Ann worked for many years at Singer Sewing Center and lived in Indian Orchard from 1951-1996 where she was a faithful communicant of Immaculate Conception Church. She was the beloved wife of the late Leon Kras who predeceased her in 1994. Ann leaves her loving children; Phil Kras and wife Carole Taylor of Leominster, Lorraine Nutting of Ludlow and predeceased by daughter Andrea Moccio; Ann also leaves her son-in-law William Moccio, grandchildren Cynthia Magagnoli and husband Frank, William Moccio Jr. and wife Kim, Nicholas Nutting and wife Laura and Benjamin Nutting and wife Ashley; great grandchildren Stephanie Herring, Dominick Herring, Grace Barrett, Joshua Barrett, Ava Nutting, Olivia Nutting and Owen Nutting. Sadly Ann was also predeceased by her brothers; Stanley, Joseph, Charles, Arthur and Stephen. Funeral services for Ann will be held on Thursday August 29, 2019 at the Ludlow Funeral Home. Visiting hours are Thursday morning from 8:30am -10:00am with a Liturgy of Christian Mass celebrated at 11:00am in Immaculate Conception Church followed by burial in St Peter and Paul Cemetery.
