Obituary for Ann R. (Gallo) Jodoin
Ann (Gallo) Jodoin, 84, of Ludlow passed away peacefully on Friday, October 24th, 2008. Born in Bronx, NY. she was the daughter of the late Vito and Antoinette (Fella) Gallo. Ann was a faithful communicant of St. John the Baptist Parish and former manager and member of the Ludlow Fish and Game Club. She leaves her children; Laurie Dymon and her husband David of Ludlow, Christopher Jodoin and his wife Lueen of Agawam, Raymond Jodoin of NH and Cynthia; cherished grandchildren Michael, James, Christopher, Stefan, Luke and Carlie; caring sisters Lucia “Lucy” Auger and Donata “Nettie” Cannella of NY., and sister- in- law Nancy Gallo of NY, as well as several loving nieces, nephews and friends throughout the community. Ann was predeceased by her beloved husband Raymond Jodoin, who passed away in 1993 and brothers Vincent “Vinnie” Gallo, Carmine “Luke” Gallo, Rocco “Rocky” Gallo and a sister Mary Alaimo as well as her brothers-in-law Gerard “Jerry” Cannella, Charles “Charlie” Alaimo, Lucien “Lou” Auger and sisters-in-law Mary Gallo and Teresa “Tessie” Gallo. Funeral services will be held Tuesday October 28th, 2008 at 9:00am from the Ludlow Funeral Home, with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00am in St. John the Baptist Church, followed by burial in Island Pond Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held Monday evening from 4-7pm; and donations may be made in Ann’s memory to MSPCA 171 Union St. Springfield, MA. 01105 or the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, MA.
