Obituary for Anne (Pawliw) Kurty
Anne (Pawliw) Kurty, 91, of Ludlow, was called home to be with God on Tuesday, January 13, 2009. Born in Ludlow, she was a lifelong resident and belonged to the Ludlow Senior Center for many years. Anne was the beloved wife of the late Alexander Kurty, who passed away in 2006. She leaves her loving sons; James Kurty and his wife Polly of Brattleboro, VT. and Timothy Kurty and his wife Nancy of Ludlow; cherished grandchildren, Peter, Daniel, Nicholas, Katie R. and Katie A; a great-granddaughter, Emery Elizabeth and her caring brother Steve Pawlin of Florida. Anne was predeceased by a brother Peter Michael Pawlin. Funeral services were held privately by the family and arrangements were entrusted to the Ludlow Funeral Home. Those wishing to make a donation in Anne’s memory may do so to the Western Mass Elder Care, 4 Valley Mill Road, Holyoke, MA. 01040.Â
