Obituary for Barbara (LaPointe) Robinson
Barbara (LaPointe) Robinson 88, of Ludlow was called home to be with God on Thursday May 26, 2022. Born in Ludlow to the late Donat and Pauline (Kulig) LaPointe, she was a faithful and active communicant of St. Elizabeth Parish. Barbara was a regular dealer at the Annual Brimfield Flea Market and enjoyed tag sales, auctions, antiquing and visiting her local restaurants with family and friends. Barabara was a very kind and generous person and a loving mother and grandmother, who never missed a birthday of any of her grandchildren. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Robinson who predeceased her in February 2022; Barbara leaves her loving children Gary Robinson and his wife Paula of Methuen, Guy Robinson and his wife Charlene of Tolland, CT, Gail Cropanese of Ludlow and Linda McCarthy and her husband Kevin of Ludlow; adored grandchildren Brian, Sean, Jenny, April, Allen, James, Christine, Paul, Dan and Eric; 14 cherished great- grandchildren; her dear sister Patricia Allen of Ludlow and sadly predeceased by sister Elsie Tenerowicz and brothers-in-law Charles Tenerowicz and William Allen. Funeral services celebrating Barbara’s life will be held on Thursday June 2, 2022 from the Ludlow Funeral Home. Visiting hours are Thursday morning from 8:30-10:15am with a Liturgy of Christian Mass celebrated at 11:00am in St. Elizabeth Parish followed by burial in Island Pond Cemetery.
