Obituary for Beverly A. Croft
Beverly A. (Bouchard) Croft, 63, of Belchertown, passed away peacefully at home on March 17, 2011 with her loving family by her side. Born in Manchester, NH, daughter of Dorothy (Spinla) Bouchard, of Southwick, and the late Arthur Bouchard, she lived most of her life in Massachusetts and Florida, and was a 1967 graduate of Ludlow H.S. She was an avid painter, gardener, and sailor, and loved cooking and working with children, but her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. Beverly was the beloved wife of 42 years to Richard R. Croft; a loving mother to Karla J. Harder and husband Joel, of Ware, and Julie-Anne Jacobs, of Palmer; a adoring grandmother to Scot J. Swistak, Dylan R. Swistak, and Lindsey E. Harder, all of Ware; a dear sister to Arthur Bouchard, of Southwick, Elaine Charland, of VT, William Bouchard, of Easthampton, Suzann Revette, of Michigan, Joseph Bouchard, of Feeding Hills, Janet Cousineau, of Agawam, and the late Thomas Bouchard; and also leaves several nieces, nephews, extended family members, dear friends, and her loyal dog Tessa-Mae.
Visiting hours for Beverly will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at Ludlow Funeral Home from 9:00-10:45am concluding with a Celebration of Life Service at 11:00am. Burial will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 in Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Agawam at 10:00am. Â
