Obituary for Brittany D. Mariani
Brittany D. Mariani, 24, of Ludlow, was called to God on January 22, 2011. A lifelong resident of Ludlow, she was a 2004 graduate of Ludlow H.S. and presently a senior at Central Connecticut State University. She was majoring in Psychology and was employed at the Black Bear Saloon at Bradley Airport. Brittany growing up was a member of the First Congregational Church and played soccer for LYSA for many years, later developing a love for snowboarding. She was an avid Yankee fan and was very social and outgoing by nature; also enjoying music and dancing. Brittany was the beloved daughter of Craig and Valerie (Fulton) Mariani, of Ludlow; a loving sister to Heather Bilotta and husband Joshua, of Fitchburg, loving sister Heidi Mariani, of Boston, and twin sister Amber Mariani, of Chicopee. She was an adoring aunt to Zoe Bilotta; and the cherished granddaughter of Lorraine Fulton and the late Robert, and Dorothy Mariani and the late Albert, all of Ludlow. She also leaves her aunts and uncles Keith and Sharon Fulton, of PA, and Gary and Jennie Fulton, of Ludlow; several cousins, extended family members, and dear friends, as well as her family dog Kiku. Friends and family are asked to gather for a Celebration of Life Service on Friday, January 28, 2011 at 10:00am in the First Congregational Church of Ludlow with burial to be held privately at the family‘s convenience in Island Pond Cemetery. Visiting hours are on Thursday from 4-7pm at Ludlow Funeral Home.
