Obituary for Carlos 'Tissue' Santos
Carlos "Tissue" Santos, 88, of Ludlow, died peacefully on July 20, 2013. Â Born in Ludlow, son of the late Joaquim and Augusta (Fonseca) Santos, he was lifelong resident, a graduate of Trade H. S., Â and United States Navy veteran proudly serving his country during WWII. Â Carlos worked at Aerospace Technology in Agawam for many years before retiring and was an avid golfer belonging to the Ludlow Country Club for over 40 years. He also loved the dog and horse tracks where he was affectionally known as "computer". Carlos was the brother of Dorothy Cornelison, of FL, and late Anthony Santos and Emma Fregeau; and also leaves his sister in law Janis Santos, of Ludlow, and several nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends. Â Funeral services were held privately at Ludlow Funeral Home and Cremation Tribute Center with burial in St. Aloysius Cemetery. Â
