Obituary for Charlene M. (Dias) Carliell
Charlene M. (Dias) Carliell, 64, of North Berwick, ME, formerly of Ludlow, died peacefully on June 9, 2013 with her loving family by her side. Born in Ludlow, daughter of the late Leon and Irene (Bernardo) Dias, she was a longtime resident and worked many years at Exeter Academy Prep School. Charlene was the beloved wife of Robert Carliell; an adoring sister to Lee Dias and longtime girlfriend Karen Hudyka; and also leaves her loving stepchildren: Donna and Nick DeCaro, Tina and Stephen Tesini, Robert Carliell, Michael Carliell, and Sandra "Sanderella" Carliell; 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; as well as several loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends both here and in Maine including her longtime devoted friend Beverly “Bev“ Clark. Charlene's family wishes to extend a special thank you to the entire staff of Wentworth Douglass Hospital and Beacon Hospice in Maine. Funeral services for Charlene will be held on Friday, June 14, 2013. Friends and family are asked to gather for a Celebration of Life Service at 10:00am in Ludlow Funeral Home followed by burial in St. Aloysius Cemetery. Visitation will precede the service from 8:45-9:45am. Â
