Obituary for Cheryl Ann (Cygan) Lamarche
Cheryl A. (Cygan) Lamarche, 56, of Springfield, was called Safely Home on December 10, 2013. Born in Springfield, daughter of the late Frank and Irene (Walker) Cygan, she was a lifelong resident and worked as a nurse’s aid for many years at various area nursing homes. Cheryl was the former wife of Greg Lamarche of Springfield; a loving mother to Chuck Lamarche, of Springfield; the sister of Donna Moll and husband John, of Ludlow, Michael Cygan, of Pittsfield; and the late Brenda Ribeiro, as well as her husband Manny Ribeiro; aunt of Derek Moll, wife MaryBeth, and their children Sophia, Holden, Carter, and Asher, Benjamin Motyka and longtime girlfriend Stephanie Lewis, Melissa Motyka-Sikes, husband Dave, and their children Addison and Payton, the late B.j. Motyka, Jr., as well as his son Seth; and also leaves many extended family members and dear friends including the Nye family. All funeral services for Cheryl will be held privately by the family.
