Obituary for Colleen Marie Riley
Colleen Marie Riley, 60, of Chicopee, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2023 surrounded by love. Born on February 5, 1963, Colleen was the beloved daughter of the late Francis J. Riley and Ethel G. (Camerlin) Riley. She lived most of her life in Ludlow where she graduated from Ludlow High School and worked for 35 years at UFP (formerly Dielectrics) in Chicopee where she had many friends. She was an avid fan of New England sports teams and enjoyed building puzzles, watching old classic TV programs, and especially spending time with her family and friends.
Besides her parents, Colleen was predeceased by her brother Brian Riley. She leaves her brother Kevin Riley and wife Jeanne, and their children Shannon (fiance Luke),Todd (wife Tanya) and Meghan; brother Darren Riley and wife Dawn, and their children Casey (wife Alyssa), Lindsay, and Cody; great-niece Peyton; great-nephew Brayden; and many loving extended family members and dear friends. Family and friends are asked to attend graveside services for Colleen on Wednesday, November 1st at 11:00am in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fuller Road in Chicopee (section St. James). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Colleen’s memory to the ASPCA (aspca.org) or Beacon Hospice (amedisys.com). Family and friends are invited to attend a gathering immediately following the graveside services at Chicopee Tigers Athletic Club 14 Montgomery Street Chicopee.
