Obituary for Danielle Irene "Danie" Chenaille
Danielle Irene (Danie) Chenaille of Newport TN, formally of Ludlow MA, died on Monday, September 23, 2024 at her home with her mother by her side, after a brave battle with cancer.
She was born on December 30, 1963 at Ludlow Hospital to the (late) Robert and Judith (Dumas) Chenaille.
Danie graduated from Ludlow High School in 1981 and went on to work at Mass Mutual and Empower for over 40 years. After spending most of her life in MA, she fulfilled her dream and moved to the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee where she lived for the last 8 years of her life.
She was a lifelong fan of the Boston Bruins. Among her favorite memories through her life was when she met Phil Esposito and Bobby Orr when she was 11 and when the team won the Stanley Cup in 2011. She was also a fan of Elvis Presley, Willie Nelson and Travis Tritt.
She is survived by her mother, Judith of Lake Wales, FL. Her sister, Kelli and her husband Tony, also of Lake Wales, FL. And her two nephews, Nicholas Jacuby of Williamsville, NY and Ryan Jacuby of Broad Brook, CT. She also left behind her fur-children Kismit and Kosmo.
Visiting hours for Danie will be held on Saturday, December 14th from 10:00am-11:30am at Ludlow Funeral Home followed by procession to St. Aloysius Cemetery for burial.
