Obituary for Domingos G. Morais
Domingos G. Morais, 93, of Ludlow, passed away peacefully on January 5th, 2010 surrounded by his family.  Born in Portugal to the late Domingos and Ermelinda (Pinto) Morais, he has lived in Ludlow since 1971 and was a faithful communicant of Our lady of Fatima Parish.  He was the husband of the late Matilde (Lavradas) Morais who predeceased him in 2000; the loving father of Maria Gomes and her husband Adelio of Ludlow; cherished grandfather to Cristina Grimes, Paulo Gomes and Isabel Rivera; great-grandfather to Zachary, Kali, Gabriel, Brandon, Alex and Giana; caring brother of Preciosa Pinto of Milford, MA and many late siblings.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 9th, 2010 at 8:00am from the Ludlow Funeral Home with a Liturgy of Christian Burial beginning at 9:00am in St. Elizabeth’s Church followed by burial in Island Pond Cemetery.  Visiting hours are Friday Evening from 6:00-8:00pm.
