Obituary for Dorothy E. (Miner) Donahue
Dorothy E. (Miner) Donahue, 94, of Agawam, formerly of Belchertown, passed away peacefully on May 5, 2020. Born in Ludlow, daughter of the late Frank and Rosanna (Fortier) Miner, she was a longtime resident of Ludlow and Belchertown and worked for many years for the State of Massachusetts SSI Department. Dorothy was predeceased by her children David, Margaret, and Kenneth Wilson, as well as her husband Francis Donahue and step-daughter Eileen Fitzgerald. She leaves her step-children Sandra Maggi and husband Richard, of Agawam, with whom she made her home for the last 8 years, and Francis Donahue, Jr. and wife Joan, of South Carolina; her daughter in law Linda Wilson, of Springfield; as well as many loving extended family members and friends. Funeral services for Dorothy were held privately by her family in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
