Obituary for Edward L. Walulak
Edward L. Walulak, 76, of Ludlow, passed away peacefully at home on June 8, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Ware, son of the late Louis and Genevieve (Szlosek) Walulak, he was a graduate of Palmer High School and settled in Ludlow in 1974 where he was a devoted member of Christ the KIng Church. Edward was the owner of over 50 years of Ski-In in Wilbraham and took pride in being an influential businessman within the community. He was also an avid outdoorsman and especially loved fishing and hunting. Edward was the beloved husband of the late Caroline A. (Kos) Walulak, who predeceased him in 2003; a devoted father to his 3 sons Glenn Walulak and Scott Walulak, both of Ludlow, and Brad Walulak and wife Heather, of Chicopee; an adoring grandfather to Cameron, Kylie, Katherine, and Greyson; brother to the late John Walulak; and also leaves many loving extended family members and dear friends. Funeral services for Edward will be held on Thursday, June 14th at 9:00am from Ludlow Funeral Home with Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00am in Christ the king Church followed by burial in St. Peter and St. Paul Cemetery in Palmer. Visiting hours are on Wednesday from 5:00-8:00pm and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Charity of One’s Choice.
