Obituary for Eunice Warriner
Eunice E. Warriner, 91, formerly of Springfield, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2022 at Mercy Hospital. Born in Springfield, daughter of the late Raymond and Dora (Jarvis) Warriner, she lived in Springfield most of her life. She worked as an Insurance Supervisor for Monarch Life Insurance Company before her retirement. Eunice was a loving aunt to Theresa Gozdur and her husband William of Lakeland Fl., Steven Haney and his wife Joan of Ludlow, Mark Haney and his wife Sharon of The Villages, FL, Kathy Mangini and her husband Mark of Lakewood Ranch, FL, Laura Haney of Cooperstown, NY and many great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her dear sister Marie (Warriner) Haney and husband Charles Haney as well as her nephew Kenneth Haney Sr. Eunice enjoyed traveling, especially her trips to Florida, cruises, bus trips throughout New England and trips to various casinos. She was an avid Red Sox fan and enjoyed watching golf on TV but her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She was a devoted Catholic and member of Sacred Heart church. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 21 from 8:30-10:00 A.M. at Ludlow Funeral Home, with a Liturgy of Christian Mass celebrated at 11:00am in Sacred Heart Church in Springfield followed by burial in Island Pond Cemetery in Ludlow.
