Obituary for Eva J. Carnevale
Eva J. Carnevale died on Sunday, January 13, 2008 at the Redstone Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of East Longmeadow. She was born in Ludlow, the daughter of Louis and Clotilde Carnevale. Eva retired from the Albert Steiger Dept. Store after 45 years of service in the cosmetics department. Eva was predeceased by her four siblings: Theresa Carnevale, Erma Carnevale Perosino, Harry Carnevale and John Carnevale. She leaves a sister-in-law Ann Carnevale of Agawam and 7 nieces and nephews: Joyce Perosino of Florida; Robert Carnevale of Florida and East Longmeadow; Michael Carnevale of North Carolina; Joanne Carnevale of Ludlow; Jeanne Carnevale of Agawam; Mark Carnevale of New Hampshire and David Carnevale of Easton. She always thought of others before herself and will be missed by the many lives that she positively impacted. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday Morning with Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Mary’s Church, East Springfield followed by burial in St. Michael’s Cemetery. There are no calling hours and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary’s Church 840 Page Blvd Springfield, Ma. 01104 or United Cerebral Palsy 1660 L Street, NW, Suite 700 Washington, DC 20036.Â
