Obituary for Fernando Santos
Fernando de Conceicao Santos, 82, of Ludlow was called home to God on Thursday, March 21, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Carvalhal de Turquel, Alcobaca, Portugal he was a long time Ludlow resident and communicant of Our Lady of Fatima Church. Fernando loved to walk daily especially in the park and cherished the times spent with his family. He was the beloved husband of the late Maria de Jesus P.H. Santos; Fernando leaves his loving sons, Manuel Santos and wife Arminda, Jose H. Santos and wife Alzira and Fernando Santos all of Ludlow; adored grandchildren Melissa Santos of Ludlow, Cliff Santos of Fort Lauderdale, Shana Hogg and husband Seth of PA. and Derek Santos also of Ludlow; caring sisters Rosinda Ribeiro, Clementina Cristiano and his late brother Manuel Paulo. Funeral services for Fernando will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 from the Ludlow Funeral Home. Visiting hours are Tuesday morning from 8:30-10:15am with a Liturgy of Christian Mass celebrated at 11:00am in Our Lady of Fatima Church followed by burial in Island Pond Cemetery.
