Obituary for Georgette (Morissette) Bourget
Georgette (Morissette) Bourget 90, passed away on Sunday May 10, 2020. Born in Canada she became a U.S. citizen in 1962. She lived in Springfield and enjoyed gardening, baking and bird watching. She was the beloved wife of the late Marcel Bourget who predeceased her in 2001. She leaves her loving children; Louis Bourget and wife Cynthia, Susan Brown and her husband Kris and Normand Bourget and his wife Donna; cherished grandchildren Justin Bourget and wife Amy, Allison Bourget, Gregory Bourget, Ryan Brown and her great-grandson Benjamin Bourget; caring brother Patric Morissette as well as many nieces and nephews in the U.S. and Canada. Sadly she was also predeceased by her brother Roger and sisters Rita Lauzon and Cecile Morissette. Georgette’s services were held privately by her family and arrangements were entrusted to Ludlow Funeral Home. At the request of Georgette’s family donations may be made in her memory to: St Judes Children Hospital.
