Geraldine Ann (Germain) Rasted, 84, of Largo, Fl. formerly of this area passed away peacefully on March 19, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. Gerry worked for many years for the telephone company before retiring. She was very active in her church and very generous in her donations to the Indian Tribes Charities. She will be remembered for her cheery disposition, always having anything that anyone needed, whether it was a kleenex or an extra mint, and for calling everyone “honey”. For the last 2 years at ALF, she loved to sing anywhere and everywhere she could. Gerry was predeceased by her first husband Bob, and second husband Donald with whom she loved to sail. She will be deeply missed by her 2 daughters Deborah Olson and Melissa Colbath; her sister Shirley Wenners, several grandchildren and great grandchildren; as well as many loving extended family members and dear friends. A graveside service for Gerry will be held on Monday, April 9th at 12:00pm in Hillcrest Park Cemetery 895 Parker Street, Springfield, Ma.
