Obituary for Helen M. Cooney
Helen M. Cooney, 95, died on May 17, 2006. Born in Indian Orchard, the daughter of the late John and Angel (Sweeney) Cooney, she lived there for most of her life before moving to Ludlow in 1984 where she was a communicant of St. Mary of the Assumption Church. Helen leaves her beloved sisters Angeline and Mary Cooney, both of Agawam. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 10 AM at St. Mary of the Assumption Church followed by burial in St. Michael’s Cemetery.
