Obituary for Henrique J. Carvalho
Henrique J. Carvalho, 53, of Ludlow, died peacefully on December 28, 2012, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Portugal, son of the late Diamantino and Ana (Valadares) Carvalho, he has lived in Ludlow and Indian Orchard for many years. Henrique was the beloved father of Marcio Carvalho and Filomena Carvalho; a dear brother to Joao Carvalho, of Ludlow, Maria McCormick, of West Warren, Ana Borges, of Ludlow, Alcidia Machado, of Springfield, and the late Antonio Carvalho and Irene Machado; a faithful Godfather to Ana DaCruz and Erik McCormick; and also leaves many loving extended family members and dear friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at 10:15am from Ludlow Funeral Home with Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11:00am in Our Lady of Fatima Church followed by burial in Island Pond Cemetery. Visiting hours will precede the funeral on Thursday from 8:15-10:15am
