Obituary for Henry R. M. Martel
Henry R. M. Martel, of Ludlow, passed away on April 13, 2010 at Baystate Medical Center. Born in Adams, son of the late Henry and Marie (Emond) Martel, he was a United States Marine Veteran serving his country during WWII. He worked for 17years at Hamilton Standard and as a real estate agent for 8 years and most recently at Alton iron Works in Winsor, CT before his retirement. Henry leaves his loving son Steven Martel of Stafford Springs, CT and his dear sister Lorraine Comstock, of East Springfield. At Henry’s request, all funeral services were held privately by the family with burial in Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Agawam.
