Obituary for Inez (Givens) Musa
Inez (Givens) Musa, 87, of Ludlow passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 with her family by her side. Born in Florida to the late William and Tera Givens, she was a long time Ludlow resident. Inez graduated from Baker High School in Florida and worked at Eglin Air Force Base, where she met the love of her life Joe Musa. They married in 1944 and spent 14 wonderful years together. Sadly she was predeceased by her husband Joe in 1960. She raised 5 children on her own, her loving daughters; Debbie Lysik and her husband Ken of Hopkinton, MA. Tera Bates and husband Daniel of Tampa, her sons Richard Musa and wife Cindy of Wilbraham, Ernest Musa of Feeding Hills and Joseph Musa and wife Cynthia of Green Cove Springs, FL; 12 cherished grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; caring brother Ralph Givens and wife June of Holt, FL. Sister Shirlon Fritz and husband Calvin of Virginia Beach, sister-in-law Mary Coletta of Endicott, NY as well as several nieces and nephews and her lifelong friend Shirley Nokes of Vernon, VT. Services for Inez will take place on Saturday evening March 26th, 2011 from the Ludlow Funeral Home. A chapel service will begin at 6:00pm with Reverend Brian Tracy officiating. Visitation with precede the service from 3:00pm-6:00pm. Burial will take place on Monday morning at Calvary Cemetery in Johnson City, NY.
