Obituary for James B. Doran
James B Doran, 59, of Ludlow, passed away unexpectedly on February 10, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Pittsfield, MA., son of the late James H. and Jeannette (Brunelle) Doran, where he spent his youth. He then lived for 21 years in Belchertown before recently moving to Ludlow. James was a manager at Price Chopper in Vernon CT and in his spare time, enjoyed biking and watching his favorite sports teams with his family, the NY Giants, Red Sox, and Celtics. James was the beloved husband of 35 years to Lyn (Supranowicz) Doran; a devoted father to Nicholas Doran, of Denver, CO, and also leaves many loving extended family members and dear friends. Visiting hours for James will be held on Saturday, Feb 17th from 1:00-3:00pm at Ludlow Funeral Home concluding with a Celebration of Life service at 3:00pm. There will be no burial and in memory of James, flowers may be sent or donations may be made to American Red Cross PO Box 37839 Boone, IA 50037-0839 or TJ O’Connor Animal Adoption Center 627 Cottage Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
