Obituary for Joanne M. (Majewski) Cislak
Joanne M. (Majewski) Cislak, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2017 surrounded by love. Joanne was born in Springfield to Edward T. and Elizabeth E. (Vomacka) Majewski of East Longmeadow and was a graduate of East Longmeadow High School. She was a home care provider for many agencies in Ma and CT and will be remembered for her love of helping people. She also had many other hobbies and loves including taking motorcycle rides with her husband. In addition to her beloved parents, Joanne leaves her devoted husband Kevin J. Cislak; brother Edward P. Majewski, of East Longmeadow; sister Teresa J. Majewski, of Hampden; aunt Sylvia Kennedy, of Westfield; niece Taylor Vital, godparents Edward and Alice Majgier, of East Longmeadow; mother-in-law Joan (Cislak) Banas and husband John, sister-in-law Melissa Start and husband Scott; her dogs Mya, Papi, and Bruin; and many loving extended family members and dear friends. Funeral services for Joanne will be held privately by her family in Island Pond Cemetery. Ludlow Funeral Home has been entrusted with her care and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joanne’s memory, to honor her love of animals, to Thomas J.
