Obituary for John L. Juke
Funeral services for John will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Ludlow Funeral Home. Visiting hours are from 500-6:45pm concluding with a Celebration of Life Service at 7:00pm.  Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
John L. Juke, 72, of Springfield, passed away on January 7, 2015 surrounded by the love of his family. Born in Springfield, son of the late John and Elsie (Verge) Juke, he was a lifelong resident and worked for 28 years at Century Investments. John loved to gamble and travel with his late wife Sheila, and also enjoyed attending Saturday breakfasts at Springfield Weslayan Church with his cousin Eddy Fell. Sadly, John was predeceased by his beloved wife of 12 years Sheila (Germaine) Soto Juke in October 2014, and his sister Elsie Scott. He leaves his children Lisa Dabbous, of Agawam, Shereen Juke, of Florida, Pricilla Juke, and John Juke; Sheila’s children Kenneth Soto, of Feeding Hills, Tina Marie Soto, of Springfield, and Lisa Jane Bohnak, of Springfield and their families; 8 grandchildren; as well as many extended family members and dear friends. Â
