Obituary for Jose M. Casimiro
Jose M. Casimiro, 67, of Springfield, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2011 with his loving family by his side. Born in Carvalhal De Turquel, Portugal, he came to Springfield in 1980 and worked for 25 years at Ludlow Textiles. He is pre deceased by his father, Manuel, his mother, Maria, and his brother, Antonio. He leaves his wife Zeferina Casimiro and his daughters Alda Bastos and her husband Joe, Liz Jusko-Casimiro and Christina Casimiro. Along with four grandchildren, Crystal Silva and her husband, Damien, Daniel Bastos, Eddie, and Evan Jusko. His brothers, Martinho Casimiro, Faustino Casimiro, Ramiro Casimiro, his sister, Maria Casimiro, and his stepmother Julia Casimiro, along with many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours for Jose will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at Ludlow Funeral Home from 5-6:30pm concluding with a Memorial Talk at 6:30pm.
