Obituary for Joseph A. Bradley
Joseph Bradley,62, of Ludlow was called safely home to be with God on Friday August 18, 2006.  Born in St. Catherines Ontario, Canada he has lived in Ludlow since 1967 where he was a faithful communicant of St. Mary of the Assumption Church.  He was a United States Navy Veteran serving his country honorably aboard the USS Intrepid during the Vietnam War.  Joseph was past Master of the Brigham Masonic Lodge, past President of the Directors Unit of the Shriners, belonging to its’ Vintage Auto Club and Past Masters Club, and will always be remembered for appearing as “Mel” in the Shriners Parade, a proud member of the Eastern Star James W. Hannum Chapter #150, a current member of the Ludlow Board of Appeals and enjoyed coaching soccer for the Pioneer Valley Soccer League.  Joseph leaves his beloved wife of 39 years Rosemary (Jarvis) Bradley of Ludlow; loving daughter Shelley Fasano and her husband Frank of Ludlow; caring brothers Vincent Bradley and his wife Joann of Ware, Donald Bradley and his wife Donna of West Brookfield, his sisters Marguerite Chisholm and her husband Melvin of North Brookfield and Darleen Collins and her husband Lester of Warren, several loving and cherished nieces and nephews.  Joe was predeceased by his daughter Tracy Ann Bradley who passed away in 1989.  Funeral services will be Wednesday morning at 8AM from the Ludlow Funeral Home with a Liturgy of Christian Burial in St. Mary of the Assumption Church at 9AM, followed by burial in Island Pond Cemetery. Visiting hours are Tuesday evening from 4-7 PM , with the Evergreen Masonic Service beginning at 5:30PM.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tracy Ann Bradley Memorial Scholarship Fund PO Box 164 Ludlow, MA. 01056 or the Shriners 516 Carew St. Springfield, MA. 01104.
