Obituary for Joseph M. LeMay
Joseph M. LeMay, 80, of Ludlow, was called to Heaven on Thursday, April 12, 2007. Born in Ludlow, the son of Albert and Catherine (LaRoche) LeMay, he resided in Chicopee and served proudly as a Merchant Marine in the U.S. Coast Guard. Joseph was the beloved husband of the late Mary (Tilghman) LeMay; a loving father to Albert LeMay and his wife Theresa of Sangerville, ME, Joseph LeMay of Chicopee and a stepdaughter Linda Curran of Springfield; a dear brother to Albert LeMay of Ludlow, Richard LeMay of Agawam, Theresa Szczepanski of Ludlow, Lorraine Catalano of Springfield and the late Edward, Norman and Donald LeMay and Rita Rattee; and also leaves several loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held privately by the family with Interment in Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Agawam.
