Obituary for Juanita (Marques) Testori
Juanita (Marques) Testori, 74, passed away peacefully at home on August 22, 2021. A lifelong Ludlow resident, Juanita was a 1965 graduate of Ludlow High School. She retired from the Town of Ludlow Assessors Office in 2013. Juanita was a communicant of Our Lady of Fatima Parish. She was a member of the Gremio Lusitano Club and the Lusitano Alumni. Juanita is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Joseph; her loving daughter, Angie; her mother, Rita (Sorcinelli) Marques Batista; her sister Marie LaPierre and her husband Francis; her nephew Tony Korzec; her niece Diana Learned, who brought her much joy, and her husband Josh; her precious great-nieces Eris and Kaylee Learned; her aunts Angie Fiore and Benta Marques; her cousin Judith Dobek, who was always there for her over the years; her dear friends Beverly Tokarz, Dolores Auffrey, Betty Holmes, and Kyle Fletcher; and many cousins and friends. Juanita was predeceased by her father Dominic Marques, her brother Lawrence Marques, and several aunts and uncles. Calling hours will be held on Friday, August 27th from 4:00-6:00pm at the Ludlow Funeral Home, and masks are requested. Her funeral services and burial will be held privately by her family.
