Obituary for Justin Breitung
Justin Breitung, 34, of Springfield, passed away unexpectedly on March 20, 2023. Born in Watertown, MA, to Dennis Sotomayor and Carol Gee, he was lovingly raised by his adopted mother Manuela Breitung, and was always proud of his Irish and Puerto Rican heritage. Justin had a passion for the outdoors and enjoyed his career as a landscaper working for many years at New England Landscaping. In his free time, he loved camping, hiking, reading, martial arts, and learning about Native American Culture and things that connected him to his spirituality. Justin was the devoted husband of Alicia (Pagan) Breitung; a loving father to Claudia and Savannah Breitung; a beloved brother of Jordan Gee, Josh Sotomayor, Sarah Lewis-Stowe, and Dennis Sotomayor; a dear son-in-law to Renee Rodriguez and Agustin Pagan, Jr.; and also leaves many extended family members and dear friends. A celebration of life for Justin connecting him back with nature will be held at the convenience of his family.
