Obituary for Leo P. Dupuis, Jr.
Leo P. Dupuis, Jr., 79, of Ludlow, the ultimate, dedicated and loving husband, father, grandfather, and uncle, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2021. Born in Ludlow, son of the late Leo Sr. and Barbara (Smith) Dupuis, he was a lifelong resident. He was a career truck driver for the Teamsters Local 559. Leo was an avid Red Sox, Patriots and Bruins fan. He was also a member of the Ludlow Lodge of Elks, never met a dog that he did not want to befriend and enjoyed any kind of fishing; but his greatest joy in life was spending time with his family and friends. Leo was the beloved husband of 55 years to Florence (Isham) Dupuis; a loving father to Christopher Dupuis and wife Tina; a devoted grandfather to Samantha Hicks (Anthony), Heather Bousquet, and Ardyn Dupuis; an adoring GG to Felicity Hicks; a dear brother to Leroy G. Dupuis and wife Laurie, of Springfield, and Barbara Berry and husband Lee, of Franklin ME; and also leaves many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
Visiting hours for Leo will be held on Monday, December 6th from 5:00-7:00pm in Ludlow Funeral Home. Funeral services are on Tuesday, December 7th with visitation beginning at 11:45am concluding with a service at 12:30pm followed by procession to Island Pond Cemetery.
