Obituary for Lillian E. Rose
Lillian (Paul) Rose, 80, of South Windsor, CT. was called home to be with God on Saturday, July 22, 2006. Born in Brighton, Ma. She was a long time Ludlow resident, a past member of First Church in Ludlow and worked as a bank teller for many years at the former Valley Bank in Springfield. She leaves her loving children; Richard Rose and his wife Lyssa of Springfield and Jacquelyn Thompson of South Windsor; cherished grand-daughter Lauren Rose; caring nephews Gary Grano of Pennsylvania, Thomas Rose of California, nieces Karen Hawley of Maine and Elizabeth Rose of California; brother-in-laws Robert Rose and his wife Esther of Texas and Joseph Grano Jr. of Ludlow. Lillian was predeceased by her beloved husband Richard Rose, who passed away in 1998. Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning July 26, 2006 at 10:00am from the Ludlow Funeral Home with a Chapel service beginning at 11:00am with Reverend James Ewen officiating, burial will follow at Hillcrest Park Cemetery in Springfield. Visiting hours are Tuesday evening from 7-9pm.
