Obituary for Limby "Shirley" (Germain) Wenners
Limby “Shirley” (Germain) Wenners, 93, a longtime resident of Springfield, died peacefully on Friday October 1, 2021. Shirley was active for many years at both the former American Legion Post 277 of Indian Orchard, and serving luncheons at the Chicopee Senior Center. She was the widow of Arthur “Roy” Wenners , who died in 2001, and is survived by her children : Sandra Kulig (Robert),Marc Wenners (Pat), Frank Wenners( Lyne)and Curt Wenners (Denise). She also leaves 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter. Graveside services will be held Wednesday morning at 11:30 A.M. at Hillcrest Park Cemetery (Oak Garden of Bronze Sec.).Donations may be made in her memory to Beacon Hospice, 819 Worcester St. I.O.
