Her family was the most important thing in her life and she remained very close to her children and siblings throughout her life. She loved to reminisce about her childhood and early family life. Lucilia worked at Kitchener's Department store in Indian Orchard for several years after graduating from Ludlow High School in 1948. She married Raymond in 1949 and was a wonderful, loving and caring mother to their seven children. She was an astute partner in all her husband's building developments. She was instrumental in the planning, design and decorating of the Blisswood Village Apartments and an integral part of the success of its building. She loved interior decorating but babies were her biggest love. Family and friends are asked to gather directly at St. Elizabeth’s Church in Ludlow on Saturday April 20th, 2024 at 11:00am for a Liturgy of Christian Burial, celebrating Lucilia’s Life.
