Obituary for Manuel Medeiros
Manuel Medeiros, 43, of Chicopee, passed away on May 14th, 2011. Born in Portugal he was the son of the late Antonio and Donaria (Costa) Medeiros. Manuel was a loving father, brother and friend. He leaves his children; Anthony, David, Jeremy, Kyle, Stephanie and Donaria; his wife Beth Medeiros of Ludlow, brothers Antonio of Rhode Island and Luis of Indian Orchard; his sisters Filomena Peixoto, Eunice Machado, Ligia Medeiros all of Rhode Island, and Susan Gualberto of Belchertown. Sadly he was predeceased by his brother Alvaro. Funeral services for Manuel will be held on Thursday May 19th, 2011 from Ludlow Funeral Home. Visitation will take place Thursday morning only from 8:45am-10:00am concluding with a celebration of life service at 10:00 with father Vitor Oliveira and burial will follow in Island Pond Cemetery. It is the request of the family that in lieu of flowers donations be made in the family’s name C/O Ludlow Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
