Obituary for Mark T. “Pork” Dorval
Mark T. “Pork” Dorval, 70, of Ludlow, passed away November 3, 2019 at Mercy Medical. Born in Springfield to the late George and Sheila Dorval, Mark lived his full life in Ludlow, having met his wife, Germane, at Ludlow High School. He spent his career working at Kirby, Dorval and Associates, an accounting firm located in Springfield. Mark truly enjoyed life. He loved all of the local sports teams, his many pick-up trucks, and woodworking in his basement. His sense of humor and ability to laugh at everything will be missed.
Mark leaves his wife, Germane “Geri”, his sons, Derek (wife Beth) and Adam, his daughter, Allison, and his grandsons, Tyler, Cian, and William (deceased). He is brother to Paul (deceased), Joseph, Julie, Peter (deceased), James, John and Matt Dorval. Visiting Hours for Mark will be held on Wednesday, November 6th from 3:00-5:45pm concluding with a Celebration of Life Service at 6:00pm. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mark’s memory to Shriners Hospital for Children 516 Carew St. Springfield, Ma, 01104.
