Obituary for Martha Jo (Wlodyka) Brogle
Martha Jo (Wlodyka) Brogle, 74, of Ludlow, passed away unexpectedly on March 15, 2023. Born in Ludlow, daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine (Tyksanski) Wlodyka, she was a lifelong resident and 1967 graduate of Ludlow High School. Martha was affectionately known as “Mom” or “Ma” to her children’s friends, and will be remembered for her collections of coffee and tea cups; her love for her flower gardens, sewing, and making quilts; helping her son make polish food and maple syrup, being her daughter’s “best friend”, as well as her volunteer work at the Belchertown Senior Center; above all, she will be remembered as a loving wife and mother whos greatest joy was being with her family and friends. Martha was the beloved wife of David Brogle, Sr.; a loving and devoted mother to David Brogle, Jr., and Rebecca Boger, her husband Ross, and their family Ashley and Holly; a dear sister to Leon Wlodyka, Victoria Kecki, Kathy Papuga, James Wlodyka, Joseph Wlodyka, and the late Susanne Walbert Wlodyka Corbett; and also leaves many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends. Funeral services for Marth will be held at the convenience of her family with Ludlow Funeral Home entrusted with her care.
