Obituary for Mary F. Cooney
Mary F. Cooney, 94, died on Sunday, August 24, 2008. Born in Indian Orchard, the daughter of the late John and Angel (Sweeney) Cooney, she lived there most of her life before moving to Ludlow in 1984, where she was a communicant of St. Mary of the Assumption Church. Mary was the beloved and devoted sister of the late Angeline Cooney and Helen Cooney, who both predeceased her in 2006. Funeral services are on Wednesday morning at 8:45am at Ludlow Funeral Home with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Mary of the Assumption Church. Burial to follow in St. Michael’s Cemetery.
