Obituary for Michael Wagenbach
Michael Wagenbach, 77, of Ludlow, passed away on March 17, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. Mike was born in Lawrence, Ma, on November 18, 1944, the son of the late William F. Wagenbach, Jr., MD and Claire (Garrity) Wagenbach and was a 1962 graduate of Amherst Regional High School. He loved his career in sales and delivery and enjoyed all of the people he met along the way. In his free time, he enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing, boating, and going to the beach. Mike was the beloved husband of 48 years to Christine (Bednarz) Wagenbach; a loving father to the late David Wagenbach who predeceased him in 2009; and devoted grandfather to Trevor and Mikaela Wagenbach. He also leaves his sister Jane Wagenbach Booth and husband Robert; nieces Alison Booth Maio and husband Anthony, and Lindsay Priscilla Booth; sister in law Deborah Bednarz, brother in law Paul Bednarz, and was predeceased by his brother in law Gregory Bednarz. Visitation for Michael will be on Thursday evening, March 24th from 4:00-5:45pm at Ludlow Funeral Home concluding with a Celebration of Life Service at 6:00pm. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
