Obituary for Patricia Ann (Metcalfe) St. Amand
Patricia Ann St. Amand, 71, of Ludlow, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2019. Born in Springfield, she was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Moylan) Metcalfe. She leaves her devoted children, Ronald St. Amand and his wife Carol of Belchertown, and Donna-Rae Kenneally and her husband Joseph of Belchertown; two granddaughters, Stephanie Marino and husband Nicco, and Katherine St. Amand, as well as three great-grandchildren Christian, Sophia, and Nicco. Patty was the sister of Donna LePage and husband Ray of Boynton Beach, FL, Joseph “Chip” Metcalfe and his wife, Carol, of Monson her late sister, Lu-Ann Cardin (Leonard) and late brother Thomas Metcalfe (Joe). She also leaves her loving extended family members including many wonderful cousins and dear friends. Toward the end of her life, Patty battled numerous medical complications with terrible pain. She is now free of suffering and in the arms of the Lord. Patricia’s family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff of Life Care Center of Wilbraham for the exceptional care and compassion they provided to her during her time there. Visiting hours will be at Ludlow Funeral Home on Monday, December 2, 2019 from 4:00-6:30 pm concluding with a service at 6:30pm. Burial will be Tuesday, December 3, 2019. Family and friends may gather directly at St. Michael's Cemetery, 1601 State Street in Springfield for a 10:30am graveside service.
