Obituary for Paul A. Lussier
Paul A. Lussier, 78, of East Longmeadow, died peacefully at home on May 1, 2013 with his loving family by his side. Born in Holyoke to the late J. Armand and Lucia A. (Roberts) Lussier, he attended St. Joseph French School in Spfld and was a graduate of Cathedral H.S. and the Mass College of Pharmacy. He was the owner for 40 years of Dearborn Pharmacy on State St. Spfld and also the past president of Mass State Pharmacy Assoc. Paul enjoyed fishing in Pachaug, Ct and Jensen Beach, Fl; but his greatest joy in life was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Paul was the beloved husband of 43 years to Carol (Bjorklund) Lussier; a loving father to Lisa Pereira and husband Cesar, of East Longmeadow, PJ Lussier and wife Tina, of Spfld, Steven Lussier and wife Sue, of East Longmeadow, David Lussier and wife Michelle, of Hampden, and Michael Lussier, of Spfld; a cherished grandfather of 11; Michael, Kyle, Monique, Chelsea, Curtis, Tyler, CJ, Dylan, Zachary, Mya, and Jax; adoring great-grandfather to Isabella; a dear brother of Jacqueline and husband Paul, of Westboro, Ma., and Bob, of Port St. Lucie, FL.; and also leaves many cherished nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends. Funeral services will be held Wed. May 8, 2013 at 10:00am from Ludlow Funeral Home and Cremation Tribute Center followed by Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11:00am in St. Elizabeth Parish, Hubbard St. Ludlow. Visitation will precede the funeral from 9:00-10:00am and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
