Obituary for Paul J. Dec
Paul J. Dec, 52, of Palmer entered into eternal rest on Tuesday July 6, 2010. Born in Springfield, the son of the late Adolph and Rita (Blanchard) Dec, he was a graduate of Ludlow High School. He served his country proudly in the US Army and later worked for many years at the Monson Development Center. Paul loved the outdoors, and enjoyed fishing, hiking and traveling. He is survived by his loving children; Jeremy, Christopher, Daniel and Heather Dec, his grandson Corey, and his siblings; David, Peter, Marlene and Dorita Dec, Dolores Scalzo, Christine Peabody, and Carolyn Redfern. Besides his parents, he was also predeceased by a sister Louise Kelly McQuade. Military funeral services for Paul will be held Tuesday July 13th at the Ma Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Agawam at 3 P.M. Donations in his memory may be made to the Family c/o Ludlow Funeral Home .
