Obituary for Pedro Fernandes
Pedro Fernandes of Ludlow, Massachusetts passed away on Wednesday, May 29th. He was born January 9, 1926 in Gestosa (Boticas) Portugal. He leaves behind is loving wife of 62 years, Carmina Fernandes, his children John, Isabel, Domingos, Jose, Carmina, Pedro and spouses. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Joseph, Elizabette, Suzette, Gabrielle, Samuel, Benjamin, Lucas, and Davi as well as his great grandson Mark. Funeral services for Pedro will be held on Wednesday, June 5th. Visiting hours are in the morning from 8:15 to 10:15 am followed by a Liturgy of Christian Mass at 11:00 am in Our Lady of Fatima Church followed by burial in Island Pond Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pedro’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Boston.
