She enjoyed being a homemaker, cooking, gardening in her flower beds, sewing, and making Greek desserts for those she loved. Ralitsa was the beloved wife of 62 years to Demosthenes Axas; a loving mother to Theodore Axas and fiance Lynn Anderson, of Ludlow, and Anna Chrisovechotis and husband Kosta, of Brooklyn, CT; a cherished grandmother to Anna Maria Axas, and Panagiotis and Demosthenes Chrisovechotis whom she adored; a dear sister to Stavroulla Konatsou, of Greece; and also leaves many loving extended family members and dear friends. Sadly, in 2020, Ralitsa was predeceased by her close niece Despina Banizioti, of Lesvos, Greece.
