Sally (Rebelo) Cristina, 85, of Ludlow passed away peacefully on July 26, 2006 in Quincy, MA. surrounded by her loving family. Born in Ludlow, she was a lifelong resident and a faithful communicant of St. John the Baptist Church. Sally was the daughter of Antonio and Ermalinda (Melo) Rebelo and the beloved wife of Henry Cristina who predeceased her in 2005. She leaves her loving and devoted family; daughter Cheryl Cristina of Boston; grandchildren Samuel, John and Jamie all of Boston; sister Grace Harper of Springfield and many cherished nieces and nephews. Sally was also predeceased by her sisters Angela Guerra, Casmira Alves, Mary Sousa; brothers Serafim Rebelo, Alfred Rebelo, and Mario Rebelo as well as her grand-daughter Carrie. Funeral services will be held Monday morning July 31, 2006 at 8:00am from Ludlow Funeral Home with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 9:00am in St. John the Baptist Church followed by burial in St. Aloysius Cemetery. Visiting hours are Sunday from 4-7pm and donations may be made in Sally’s memory to the charity of ones choice.Â
